Ryan Federo received his PhD in Management Sciences from Esade and is currently a Lecturer at the Department of Business at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. His research interests are at the crossroads of organization strategy and corporate governance, focusing on social responsibility and international organizations. He recently embarked on examining gender-related and LGBTQ+ issues to understand and find solutions on the grand challenge of social inequality. He also serves as an Editor of Corporate Governance: An International Review.
