In November 2022, the world changed. ChatGPT was presented and showed everyone what generative AI is capable of and its limitless applications for organizations. More than two years later, where do we stand? The diversity in levels of adoption is expected to persist while the business world faces specific barriers and opportunities. What are the challenges lying ahead?

During the 4YFN event at the Barcelona Mobile World Congress, we discussed this topic with four Esade experts: Esteve Almirall, Professor in the Department of Operations, Innovation and Data Sciences; Lisa Hehenberger, Director of the Esade Center for Social Impact; Anna Ginès, Director of the Institute for Labor Studies; and Daniel Traça, Esade’s Director General.
