Professor of the Department of Strategy and General Management. He created and directed the Momentum Project, a pioneer project in Spain to support the growth of social enterprises. He has been the Vice-Dean of University Programs (2010-2014), and also Vice-Dean of Faculty (2000-2004). He is currently a member of the team of the Chair of the Rural World (U. Vic) and coordinator of the G-100 Group of El Hueco Labs.  

His areas of interest are sustainability and social entrepreneurship. He is a member of the Esade Center for Social Impact (ECSI), and participates in the international research group SEKN (Social Enterprise Knowledge Network). He has published several articles and books on management in the third sector and social enterprises, as well as frequent columns in the newspaper ARA.
