Anna Carmella Ocampo

Anna Carmella Ocampo is an Assistant Professor of HRM and Organizational Behavior in the Department of People Management and Organization. She holds a PhD in Management from the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia. Before joining Esade, she was on the faculty of EMLV Business School in Paris, France.
Her research focuses on understanding the personal and contextual conditions that support or stifle the career advancement opportunities of individuals from traditionally marginalized groups. Her research appears in academic- and practitioner-oriented journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Harvard Business Review.
