Antonio Núñez Martin is the Senior Partner of Parangon Partners specialized in Leadership and Corporate Governance, where he is mainly dedicated to advising Boards of Directors and Senior Management, succession planning for CEOs and management teams, executive search and evaluation and development of management structures at national and international level. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from CUNEF, an MBA from IESE Business School, a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a PhD from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and is a member of the Instituto de Consejeros y Administradores (ICA) where he holds the IC-A CERTIFICATE in Corporate Governance.
With more than 25 years of executive experience, for ten years he directed several Executive Education departments at IESE (Open Programs, In Company Programs and Special Programs) working with hundreds of directors and executives and with leading national and international companies; and was the creator and Director of the Center for Public Leadership and Government. His experience in Public Management has been developed in his position as Director of Social Policies of the Cabinet of the President of the Government of Spain. He worked as a social entrepreneur in the creation and consolidation of the NGO "Cooperación internacional" in more than 12 countries. He has published several books including El líder ante la innovación, El líder ante el espejo. Claves para la alta dirección, El nuevo directivo público. Claves de Liderazgo para la Gestión Pública and España SL. He is a professor, lecturer and regular contributor to the press, radio and television. He is the founder of the Harvard Kennedy School Alumni Association in Spain and has extensive experience on corporate boards of directors, editorial boards of the press and boards of foundations and NGOs.
