Eva Vila-Massanas is an economist. She has extensive international business experience as a board member and managing director of consultancy companies. Co-founder of WeEQUAL, a consultancy making a social impact that helps entities grow whilst building diverse, inclusive teams.

A staunch supporter of female equality in the business world, she is a member of EjeCon, an association of female executives and board members seeking to increase the number of women in management. Also a founding partner of WERock, a group of business angels that invests in start-ups run by women, and Brighter Ventures, which supports IT start-ups run by women.

Since 2020, she has been a trustee of Fundació Ared which helps people at risk of social exclusion, mainly female ex-convicts, receive training and then find employment. She is also a member of the advisory board of Fundació Pere Tarrés providing help for vulnerable children.

Eva is also an Esade alumnus. The last courses she has taken have all been related to the third sector, within the framework of the Esade Alumni Forum about the governance of third-sector entities. She also took the Social Innovation Leadership Programme at the Institute of Social Innovation.
