Based in Paris, Jérôme Lacombe is chief finance officer, EMEA Separate Accounts, at CBRE Global Investors, the investment management subsidiary of the CBRE Group. He is also a member of the firm's EMEA Responsible Investment Management Committee and the Global Responsible Investment Management Committee. Within the committees, his main areas of expertise and coverage are sustainable finance and the management of climate-related financial risks.
His personal objective is to help investors understand and manage climate-related financial risks, notably in the real estate industry. Lacombe believes the allocation of capital to responsible investment is urgent and ESG criteria need to be embedded in decision making.
