Laura Reijnders

Laura Reijnders is a Project Manager and Researcher at the Esade Center for Social Impact. She is working in the field of charitable foundations and focuses on the topics of impact measurement and management and the governance of impact in foundations. More specifically, she has been managing the Community of Practice on Impact Measurement and Management for foundations from all over Europe since fall 2020.

Before working at Esade, Laura worked both as a part-time communications professional in an international NGO and as a freelance consultant and facilitator in The Netherlands. She focused on a variety of themes including trust-building, sustainable living with an emphasis on food safety, renewable energy, and personal development through experiential learning. In her work as a facilitator, she focused on deepening the understanding of assumptions, beliefs, and values that shape our frames of reference.
