Lucas Gortazar is an independent public policy analyst working in education, skills, labour market and social protection. He has been working as a consultant for the Education Global Practice at the World Bank since 2012, where he has worked in more than 15 countries, participating in education reforms and studies on education financing, education policy, and educational management and evaluation. He is a leading member of the Red por el Diálogo Educativo, a member of the Red de Expertos los 100 de COTEC, a member of the Proyecto Atlántida for educational innovation, and helped found the ISEAK Foundation. Lucas has a PhD in economics and a degree in mathematics from the UPV/EHU.
