Marc Cortés is the director of the Executive Master Digital Business at Esade. He holds a degree in Law and an MBA from Esade. He is an associate professor in the Department of Marketing Management at Esade, where he teaches subjects related to digital strategy, e-business, digital marketing and new business models in the digital environment.
He combines teaching with consulting and advising on issues of strategy and digital transformation of business. He has worked at Accenture and for 14 years was the managing partner of the digital consulting firm RocaSalvatella. He is the author of books like Frictionless, como diseñar estrategias omnicanal a partir de la experiencia del usuario; Iníciate en el Marketing 2.0, about the use of new online media (social media) in relationship marketing, Nanoblogging, about the world of microblogging, and co-author of the book Del 1.0 al 2.0, claves para entender el nuevo marketing.
