She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management (Lic&MBA) from Esade–Ramon Llull University. She is in charge of the Third Sector area at Esade’s Institute for Social Innovation, coordinating research and training projects on leadership and management in NGOs. Her professional career has focused on studying the social sector, both at Esade and at the Third Sector Observatory, as well as through independent research. She is the co-author of several publications on nonprofit management, among other fields.
