Marta holds a PhD in Communication in corporate reputation and brand measurement, analysis, and management in on and offline environments. She also has an Official Master's in Communication (UPF), an Executive MBA (Esade), a Master's in Marketing Management (UPF), a Degree in Political Science and a Diploma in Social Media Behavior Analysis (COLPIS). She has more than twenty years of experience in services companies in the Strategic Consultancy and Innovation sectors. She has been Director of Marketing & Innovation and a Board Member of the Elisava Foundation, a Consultant for Consells Empresarials S.A. and Founder and Director of PLAN, a strategic consultancy in the field of Corporate Reputation using Big Data. She is currently Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Esade Creapolis and an Associate Lecturer in the Area of Communication at the UOC, where she lectures in reputation auditing and intangibles measurement and management.
