Naomi Williams is Associate Director and Career Advisor ESG & Financial Impact at Esade Careers. She has international experience in the Netherlands, Curaçao (the Caribbean) and Australia. After joining Esade as a Programme Manager in the Executive Education Custom Programs Department in 2012, she became part of Esade Careers Employer Engagement team in July 2016. Her main role is building solid relationships with international recruiters in the impact space and support students in achieving their maximum potential by kick-starting their careers.
She previously worked as Senior Trade Officer at the Dutch General Consulate in Barcelona, promoting trade relationships between Spanish and Dutch firms. Before moving to Spain from the Netherlands in 2007, she worked as a Training & Knowledge Deployment Consultant at EY in Rotterdam (The Netherlands).
