Patrik Schulcz is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Entrepreneurial Education at Esade Entrepreneurship Institute. He holds a PhD. and an M.A. in the field of Education and a second M.A. in Public Administration. Before joining Esade he was teaching Business-related courses at Constantine the Philosopher University (Slovakia).
His research interests revolve around the intersection between labor market expectations and higher education. Patrik believes that by understanding and integrating the demands of the job market into educational and professional development pathways, educational institutions can better prepare individuals for successful careers and create a more competitive workforce.
