Raluca Budian is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Esade Institute for Social Innovation and Associate Director of the Institute’s Decent Housing Observatory. Her research interests include homelessness and housing-first methodologies, social and residential exclusion, ethnic minorities and cultural diversity, applied anthropology, and mental health.
