Lecturer, Department of Society, Politics and Sustainability at Esade
Sira Abenoza is a lecturer in the Department of Society, Politics and Sustainability at Esade and a researcher at the Esade Institute for Social Innovation. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy and her thesis was on Socratic dialogue. Abenoza is the founder of the Institute for Socratic Dialogue, an organisation aimed at promoting dialogue as a way of promoting justice. Her work is reflected in two documentaries: the award wining documentary Philosophy behind bars (Seminci award, 2015) and Dialogue.
She is the director of La Casa dels Clàssics, an organisation devoted to creating, thinking and disseminating universal classics.
Abenoza has more than fifteen years of experience as CSR consultant, and has published two books: La RSE ante el espejo (2014) and Colaboraciones ONG y empresa que transforman la sociedad (2015).
