But at the same time, there are signs of de-globalization in various areas because of circumstances such as nationalist or protectionist leadership, Brexit, and supply chain disruption. Talent has an unprecedented opportunity to settle anywhere and can become more ubiquitous, in part due to the pandemic, which facilitates remote work and digitization.
