Every year, Esade's Entrepreneurship Summit brings together the people building the future of the European entrepreneurial ecosystem. Over three days, founders, investors and leading voices in the sector share not only what's working, but also what's still missing. The 2026 edition was no exception.
Among the ideas the event left behind, three carry particular weight. The first is reach: building from Spain is no longer a limitation, but it does demand a global mindset from day one. The second is equity: the entrepreneurial ecosystem still fails to reflect the diversity of available talent, and that comes at a real cost to innovation. The third is responsibility: companies redefining sensitive sectors like health or technology cannot grow without regard for regulation or social impact.
