François Collet is an associate professor in the Department of People Management and Organisation at Esade. He is interested in the adaptability of organizations in the face of climate change, social evaluations and rankings, gender segregation in the labor market. François holds a DPhil in Management from the University of Oxford. He teaches courses in organizational design and organizational theory.
