Susana Guerrero

Deputy Director of the Center for Corporate Governance

Susana Guerrero is General Counsel and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Helios RE Socimi (formerly Lar España), a company she joined in November 2014. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in listed companies in the design, development, and oversight of corporate governance frameworks and board secretariat functions. 

Previously, she worked for ten years as a corporate lawyer in the commercial law despartment at Uría Menéndez, where she led M&A transactions and served as board secretariat for companies across various sectors, with a particular focus on the pharmaceutical industry. 

She currently also serves as Deputy Director of the Center for Corporate Governance at Esade, where she is responsible for the Opinion and Public Debate area, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Asociación Norte Joven. 

Susana Guerrero holds a Law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master's degree in Legal Advisory from the Instituto de Empresa.
