Where AI, Geopolitics and Networks meet
Where AI, Geopolitics and Networks meet

Alumni, faculty and business leaders gathered at the Alumni International Gathering in London to discuss geopolitics, artificial intelligence, and the value of a diverse community eager to change the world.
London became the meeting point for Esade's international community. At Hansom Hall in St. Pancras, alumni, faculty and business leaders came together for the Alumni International Gathering, an event that offered a chance to pause and think out loud about what is redefining the global landscape: geopolitics, technology and the future of work.
Luke Jahan, President of the Esade Alumni London Chapter, opened with a compliment: what makes this community special is its diversity. The mix of backgrounds, sectors and career paths found in London fosters a level of collaboration and soft skills that are hard to find anywhere else. But that network doesn't sustain itself, he insists; it takes work, through events, follow-up and a genuine drive to connect people and institutions.
Next, Omar Puertas, Legal Innovation Partner at Harvey, reflected on how artificial intelligence is already transforming the business world. Jorge Galindo, Director of EsadeEcPol, picked up the thread to discuss the economic and geopolitical shifts reshaping the global chessboard, shifts that increasingly demand a rethink of how strategic decisions are made.
Because in a moment like the one we're living in, diverse and genuine conversations aren't a luxury. They're a necessity.
