Alessandro Niccolò Tirapani is a former postdoctoral researcher at Esade (currently working as an Assistant Professor at Tilburg University, NL) and a visiting researcher at Esade Entrepreneur Institute. He earned his PhD from City, University of London (UK), while previously having worked in Brussels as a senior researcher in a think tank.
His research sits at the intersection of organization studies and digitalization, with a focus on precarious work as a growing form of employment in the digital era. He studies platform organizations and emerging regulation on AI, surfacing the social consequences of the adoption of new technologies to mediate labour. He has published in Human Relations (FT50) and in the Routledge Companion to CSR.
