Carmen González is Associate Director of Employer Engagement and Career Advisor at Esade Careers where she enjoys partnering with top companies internationally and empowering students across the school's diverse programs. She developed her entire career within the HR field on an international scale, bringing more than 15 years of professional experience. Among her past roles, she worked for Michael Page International, where she led the second biggest division of the company. She is currently the host of Career Beats, a podcast featuring top career experts and providing practical advice for navigating the job market.
Carmen holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Barcelona University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
