Darío Quadri Ilkhani is a research assistant at the EsadeGeo Center for Global Economy and Geopolitics. His research interests include the geopolitics of energy, global governance, and current Middle East affairs with a focus on the Gulf region. He previously worked in policy and advocacy at a think-tank in the UK and at CIDOB in Barcelona as an intern. He holds a master’s degree in international security from the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals with a semester abroad at the American University in Cairo.
