Dong Nghi Pham

Dong Nghi Pham is an assistant professor in the Department of Strategy and General Management at Esade. She obtained her PhD in Strategy at ESSEC Business School. Her dissertation examines how organizational learning shapes and is shaped by the structure of the organization, the mode of work (remote or face-to-face), the turnover of employees, and the power and coalitional dynamics among organizational actors.

Dong Nghi studies how organizations learn to be more intelligent via and along with their human constituents, and the conditions where they fail to do so. She takes the lens of organizations as information processing systems and conflict systems and focuses on how such systems aggregate the diverse knowledge, beliefs, and interests of their members.
