Joaquín Sanz Berrioategortua is the academic director of Esade's PMD (Program for Management Development). He holds a degree in Business Administration from ICADE and another one in Law from UNED, a PDG from IESE, a master's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from UNED and a PhD in Economics, Competitiveness, Innovation and Sustainability from Esade (Ramón Llull University) focused on the impact of company mergers on their economic efficiency. He is currently the Investment Director of Kereon Partners Venture Capital. 

For twenty years he has worked in Fortune 500 multinationals, half of them in the first line of management. In the last decade he's been focused in the Spanish entrepreneurship and SME ecosystem, where he has obtained a comprehensive view of the company that goes from shareholder perspectives to management.
