Marc Correa is a senior lecturer in the Department of People Management and Organisation at Esade, where he also served as deputy dean for Executive Education Programmes. He teaches within the MBA programme, Executive Masters and several programmes for Executive Education. Currently, he is a visiting scholar at Harvard's Center for Public Leadership. Marc has taught and worked with companies such as CaixaBank, Procter & Gamble, Vodafone, ING and Gas Natural Fenosa, among others.
Before joining Esade, Marc was a visiting professor at the University of San Francisco. He was the CEO of Smart Planet, a broadcasting company chaired by the former Minister of the Spanish government, Eduard Punset. Senior consultant in OD & HR for consulting firms, he is the author of several cases, book chapters and articles published in scientific journals.
