Martín Robles joined as a researcher at Esade's Center for Public Governance (EsadeGov) in 2022. His areas of research are public administration and management. He has covered topics such as determinants for overall cost in public service provision within different organizational designs, determinants and mediating factors for the emergence of private-public collaborations, and determinants of public sector employees' motivation.

Martín holds a master's degree in Public Administration and Management from the University College of London (UCL) and a degree in Political Science from Universidad de Buenos Aires. He also works as a public administration and management consultant. In addition, he holds experience as a public manager, being responsible for project management and implementation as well as strategic decision-making ranging from public-tender design to organizational restructuring.
