Mireia Sierra is a sociologist and Academic Coordinator of Fusion Point at Esade. She leads interdisciplinary innovation courses such as Challenge-Based Innovation in collaboration with UPC, IED and IdeaSquare at CERN. Her professional experience bridges higher education, European research projects, and innovation pedagogy, with a focus on experiential and challenge-based learning. Her research and teaching focus on experiential learning, teamwork and the impact of challenge-based education, all towards the integration of technology in social innovation.
