Nathania is a PhD candidate in Management Sciences at Esade Business School. She is passionate about doing qualitative management research that is deeply relevant to society. Her phenomenon-driven research is at the intersection of social innovation, organization studies and management education.
Using ethnographic approaches, she studies various contexts where individuals organize with their communities to enact social change. Her work uncovers mechanisms of identity work towards social responsibility.
