Patricia Cauqui

Patricia Cauqui is the academic director at Esade of Leap. Women and Sustainability, an international program promoted by the WBCSD (World Business Council for Sustainable Development) for women leaders. She has been academic director of Proyecto Promociona, also for women leaders, for seven editions. Her teaching areas are Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Leadership and High Impact Communication. She co-directs, together with Eugenia Bieto, the annual Esade Gender Monitor report. She is a visiting professor at INCAE Business School, Costa Rica. She combines her academic activity with that of executive coach and works mainly with C-Level in the processes of inclusive leadership, communication and cultural transformation. 

She has been General Manager and Area Manager in different technology and media companies and has lived 5 years in Russia, Africa and the Caribbean as project/country manager for a British media company. She is a certified coach by Columbia University, Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, MBA by Esade, Master in Sports Psychology (UNED) and graduated in Information Sciences (UCM).
