Rita Mota, assistant professor in the Department of Society, Politics and Sustainability, has a PhD in Law from King’s College London, an LLM from the Católica Global School of Law and a degree in Law from Lisbon University. Before joining Esade she was a research fellow at Saïd Business School (University of Oxford, UK).

She is a visiting researcher at the University of Bath School of Administration (UK) and is collaborating with the not-for-profit Global Legal Action Network on a climate change lawsuit. Her main areas of specialization and research are business ethics, human rights, organizational studies, and the ethics of corporate communications.
