Rita Rueff Lopes is Teaching Fellow in the Department of People Management and Organization and the General Coordinator of Final Research Projects for MScs, BBAs and GBD at Esade. She’s responsible for the overall coordination, development and maintenance of clear guidelines and processes that ensure a smooth and rich research experience for students and tutors.
She’s a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Social Psychology and collaborates as associate researcher, analyst and consultant on NGO's activity at Sigwatch. Her research focuses on emotions, health and well-being at work, especially under difficult work conditions, as well as the impact of daily events on emotional states, health and motivation.
