Valentina De Marchi and Annachiara Longoni, renowned for their work on sustainable innovations in supply chains, are recognized alongside four other Esade professors as among the most cited in the world.

Do Better Team

Last year, four Esade researchers were included in Stanford University's list of the top two percent of the world’s most-cited scientists. They were Cristina Giménez Thomsen, Tobias Hahn, Frank Wiengarten, and Uri Simonsohn, who was also featured in the career-long category. This year, all four have been joined by Valentina De Marchi and Annachiara Longoni on the 2023 list, which has been recently released

This list highlights the most influential researchers worldwide. The study uses the Scopus database to evaluate researchers worldwide, classifying them into 22 scientific fields and 174 subfields. The ranking identifies the most outstanding scientists based on their c-score or by being in the top 2% percentile in their subfield.
