Ángel Alloza holds a degree in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid, a PCD from IESE, a Master's degree in Innovation in Communication from the Jaume I University and a PhD cum laude in Communication from the Jaume I University. Since 2011, he has been the general secretary director of Corporate Excellence - Centre for Reputation Leadership.  

He is co-director of The Global CCO: Strategic Management of Reputation, Brand and Communication, a benchmark program in communication, reputation and brand by Esade in partnership with Corporate Excellence. He is also Board Member Academic and Research Director of the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management and director of The Global PR & Communications Model, a global roadmap to guide the future of the communication and intangible management profession. In addition, he has written the books Atrapados por el consumo and Reputación Corporativa, as well as numerous articles in leading publications.
