Joan Villoslada Camps is a Trainee in the Delegation of the EU to Panama and collaborates with the Esade Center for Global Economy and Geopolitics (EsadeGeo). He recently completed an LL.M. in European and Global Law at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, with a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and a Minor in Middle Eastern Studies at the University of San Francisco. He has previously also worked as a Research Intern at Insight Crime, a think-tank and media organization specialising in organized crime in Latin America and the Caribbean, and before he worked at the Haitian Immigrant Bail Assistance Project (HIBAP) in the United States of America as a trainee. 

He is interested in European law and public policy, international relations, security issues and human rights in the MENA and LATAM regions.
