Ricard Serlavós is a lecturer in the Department of People Management and Organisation at Esade. He has carried out his entire professional activity in the field of personnel management, as an academic, manager and consultant. As an academic, he has taught successive courses on labour relations, strategic human resources management, international human resource management, leadership, and development of management skills. He was director of Esade's Department of Human Resource Management, assistant to the Dean for faculty policy, and vicedean of educational innovation.
He has been a lecturer at Esade since 1982. He currently runs the LEAD project, the objective of which is to integrate the development of skills into management training and to carry out research on the results of learning.
