Roque Adrada is the Career Lead for Undergraduates at Esade. Before this role, he held several positions, including Director of Career Services and Executive Education Manager at Deusto Business School, as well as Associate Director on the Talent and Career Team at IE Business School. His international experience includes serving as an individual contractor for the United Nations in Peru and completing internships at the Embassy of Spain in Sweden and with the United Nations in Switzerland.

Roque holds a Law degree from the University of Zaragoza and NOVA University in Lisbon (Portugal), as well as a master’s degree in Management from IE Business School and ESSEC Business School (France). He is currently pursuing a Ph.D., focusing on the impact of self-awareness on professional and personal development. He is the author of Questioning Humanistic Leadership: An Open Dialogue with Artificial Intelligence and hosts the podcast The Chronicles of The Father Coach.
