Yuqi is a PhD student at the Leadership Development Research Center (GLEAD). His research focuses on 1) leadership, particularly leader narcissism, leader aging, and the psychological processes underlying leadership emergence, and 2) morality, including moral absolutism and moral relativism. Methodologically, he works with experiments, surveys, and large-scale text analysis.
His work has received multiple awards, including the Best Paper Proceedings at the 84th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (2024). His research has been published in journals such as Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and has been featured in magazines including Psychology Today.
