Andrés Raya

Andrés Raya began his academic collaboration with Esade in 1989. He has been CEO and vice president of Diesel and Guess in Spain, France and Portugal, and managing director at Grup Pyrénées. He has been executive director of Executive Education's portfolio of programmes at Esade and co-director of Esade Executive Education's People Leadership and Team Management programme.

He has led institutional consulting projects and participated in some of the largest change projects developed in Spain in the financial and insurance sectors. He is an adviser to companies in sectors such as biomedical research, distribution, fashion, ICT and advanced logistics.
