Esther Sánchez holds a PhD in Law, an Executive Master in Public Management and a Master in Process and Organisational Development Consulting. She is an associate professor of labour law at URL, with 3 six-year research terms accredited by the Catalan Government’s University Quality Assurance Agency. She has been the director of People at Esade Business and Law School.
Since 1991, she has dedicated her career to the employment, job and labour relations areas, teaching and undertaking research at UAB and Esade, working as a professional business consultant for Baker & McKenzie and, at the senior-executive level in public administrations, serving as secretary general for Employment and Labour Relations and director of the Catalan Government’s Public Employment Service. In addition, she also served as corporate HR manager for the multinational Flex-N-Gate.
